Tamarack Resort in Idaho has announced the launch of sales for its Aspen Townhomes. According to a release by the resort, this development introduces 60 new "mountain modern" homes within a gated community, situated approximately 90 miles north of Boise.

Phase 1 of sales is now underway, featuring 16 townhomes. These residences range in size from 1,975 to 2,255 square feet and offer two to four bedrooms. Pricing for these townhomes starts at $1.5 million, according to Tamarack Resort.

The Aspen Townhomes are being constructed by Alturas Homes, a Boise-based builder. The designs emphasize an open living concept, incorporating large glass windows to maximize views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Cascade. Alturas Homes is also working on two other communities within Tamarack Resort: Osprey Meadows Estates and Ponderosa Ridge Village, which offer custom floor plans. Alturas Homes anticipates completing the Aspen Townhomes by the summer of 2026, according to Tamarack Resort.

Key features of the Aspen Townhomes, according to the resort:

  • Access to 100 new boat slips on Lake Cascade.
  • Proximity to the Alpine Village ski lifts.

Tamarack Resort features over 1,400 acres of skiable terrain, an average annual snowfall of 300 inches, and a vertical drop of over 2,800 feet. The resort offers 57 named runs and sidecountry access through designated gates. Residents of Aspen Townhomes are eligible for membership at The Club at Tamarack, which includes private dining, a fitness center, and annual ski passes, according to the resort.
